1 BR, Nicklaus North - Staging for Sale:

We did a 'soft stage' (decor only; no furniture) to add interest and cohesion to this already beautifully renovated space . The owner's furniture was rearranged slightly to create a better flow in the floor plan.

3 BDR in Creekside - Snowridge

This was a low budget transformation, where we leveraged the decor to create a feeling of spaciousness and light. Below are before and after shots of the Primary Bedroom, Living Room, Dining Room and Secondary Bedroom.

2 BDR at Blueberry Hill - Deer Run

This project was a lite staging, included as a value add service as part of a new management contract . Such staging can increase the appeal of a rental unit and increase the realized nightly rate by 20% or more.

4 Bedroom Toad Hollow - Owner Refresh

This project was a medium staging for a traditional house. The owner simply wanted to refresh the look of the place for entertaining guests, and was willing to buy the inventory.
